I think of elemental sound journeys as some our oldest forms of healing. They date back thousands of years and are still effective to this day. In sound healing we can use frequency's that relate to the elements and activate those qualities within our selves.

Vibro Therapy
In these session the intent is invoke a deep state of relaxation by using the gentle rhythm of the frame drum to restore grounding. It is followed by placing Tibetan singing bowls on and around the body. This is a lovely experience because we are literally able to soak in the vibrations in many cases I have seen my clients fall into a deep trance and allow themselves to surrender to the healing powers of the singing bowls.
The harmonious resonance of these ancient instruments will provide a profound sense of calm and tranquility.
